The constitution is the ONLY way out. As a State Senator I swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and I take that oath seriously. It takes courage to vote on your principles even when everyone else is running scared and trading liberty for "security".

Immigration Co-Authored Legislation for what was the toughest anti-immigration bill in the nation at the time (HB1804). Supports the Arizona Bill.
Spending Wrote legislation to stop government spending from outpacing the private sector (Taxpayer Bill of Rights).
2nd Amendment Wrote Legislation to exempt all guns manufactured and sold in Oklahoma from Federal Regulations (Firearms Freedom Act).  Endorsed by the Gun Owners of America.
