Energy is the lifeblood of the Oklahoma economy and an important part of our national defense. Oklahoma's tax policy must protect the independent producers ability to reinvest their profits. Marginal wells produce more than half as much crude oil as America imports annually from Saudi Arabia. Oklahoma must put policy measures in place to protect and counter act the destructive policies of the Obama administration.
